자막나라 개인정보처리방침

자막나라(이하 "앱")는 유튜브 영상의 자막을 만들고 번역해 학습을 돕는 서비스입니다. 운영자는 앱 이용에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리하며, 이 방침은 어떤 정보를 왜 처리하고 어떻게 보관·삭제하는지 설명합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보

결제 정보(카드 번호 등)는 Apple이 직접 처리하며 운영자는 받지 않습니다. 광고 목적의 추적이나 다른 서비스와의 정보 결합은 하지 않습니다.
2. 영상 음성과 자막
자막 생성을 위해 영상의 음성을 서버에서 일시적으로 처리하며, 음성 파일은 음성 인식이 끝나는 즉시 삭제합니다. 만들어진 자막은 같은 영상을 요청한 다른 사용자에게도 제공될 수 있는 영상별 자료로 보관되며, 개인 정보를 포함하지 않습니다.
3. 외부 서비스 이용 (처리 위탁·제3자 제공)

위 업체 중 일부는 해외(미국 등)에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
4. 보관 기간과 삭제
- 서비스 이용 기록(접속 IP, 시각, 이용 기능): 90일간 보관 후 자동으로 삭제합니다.
- 계정 정보, 영상 목록, 서버에 남는 이용 기록·단어장·구독 상태: 앱의 설정 → 계정 삭제로 즉시 함께 삭제됩니다(앱 1.1.1 이상). 아래 이메일로 요청하셔도 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
- 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 거래 기록은 해당 기간 동안 보관 후 삭제합니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 구독은 기기의 App Store 계정 설정에서 해지할 수 있습니다.
6. 아동
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

Jamaknara Privacy Policy

Jamaknara (the "App") creates and translates subtitles for YouTube videos to help people learn languages. We process only the information needed to run the App. This policy explains what we process, why, and how it is kept and deleted.
1. Information we process

Payment details (such as card numbers) are handled by Apple; we never receive them. We do not track you for advertising or combine your data with other services.
2. Video audio and subtitles
To create subtitles, a video's audio is processed temporarily on our server and the audio file is deleted as soon as speech recognition finishes. The resulting subtitles are kept per video and may be served to other users who request the same video; they contain no personal information.
3. Service providers

Some of these providers may process data outside your country (for example, in the United States).
4. Retention and deletion
- Service logs (IP address, time, feature used): kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically.
- Account, video list, and the usage history, vocabulary and subscription status kept on our server: Settings → Delete account in the App deletes all of them at once (App 1.1.1 or later). You can also email us and we will delete them promptly.
- Transaction records that the law requires us to keep are kept for that period, then deleted.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your information at any time. You can cancel a subscription in your device's App Store account settings.
6. Children
The App is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
